The Importance of Connection in Art
I think for me that's because I'm very connected with two cents of place and my work has an underlining narrative. That's always about me belonging. And I have to kind of put down roots and I've learned this now. This has actually been a really interesting exercise for me I never really understood it as I do now. My work has actually gone into a smaller scale, which in fact, marries my life, while I figure it all out.
