Ryan: It's oftentimes a privilege and an honor and opportunity to start with nothing, because you get to engineer the business that you want to have. And so we went on our own, what we realized early on was that if we were simply had to be the smartest people in the room or  the hardest working people in the rooms, we weren't gonna have competitive advantage. So we engineered the business, the charge of fixed feet. We have nothing to sell, which means that we can be truly objective. The clients know exactly what they're going to get.
