What's Going on in the World?
There's this belief that somehow in the back half of next year rates are going to start going lower, or they're going to start taking rates lower. And I don't think if you really listen to what they've said, that's the case at all. The market rally this morning was not commensurate with really what's going on in the world, in my opinion. But look at the VIX, it's still hanging in here.
