Human Movement Is Not Going Away

In the short term we can create safe and legal roots for migrants. This would have a huge impact on breaking the business model of people's smugglers. In the long term we've got to get to a position where we recognise that 83% of migrants currently live in low and middle income countries of refugees. For me there is an obligation for more developed countries, wealthier countries to step up to the mark.
