The Value of the Marketplace in Contracting
The marketplace was designed to be a low barrier to entry because we recognize that we need a better front door some people in the government are grabbing on to the term entry point. If you're using something like the marketplace I would love it to be the marketplace but if other services are leveraging it in that way and doing their own contracting using this approach that to me is a win.
