The Supreme Court's Decision in the Epa Case Is a Bad One.
The high court ruled that the EPA can't set targets for moving to cleaner fuel because congress didn't explicitly say it could. The decision is really a bad one, and means everything e p a does now gets challenged by red state attorneys general or other groups determined to send us into the abyss. This case speaks far more loudly than just to the e p it's all about conservatives desire to dismantle what they call the nanny state. It was a thing for me as an apellet lawyer, overseeing all of the civil apellet work that was going on in alabama. And also being in touch with a pellet chief's nation wide about the civil work we were doing. So
