Aristotle tells us that for natural entities, the good is just being what you are. The word perfect in its Latinate roots just means complete parficchio to make all the way through and finish it up. And as a flower is complete when it has reached its full maturity, so you too are telleus are perfect when you have achieved your final goal of what it is to be a human being.
