In peke, the demand off the charts, and there's just no way supply can keep up. I think aty ours are going to be up, certainly for this year, and prob for several years to come. There's just not a chance for sumply to catch up. Most homes don't cash flow positive in the first year. And that doesn't mean theyr bad investmenti just means that a lot of people have probably lofty expectation for what the category looks like as an investor.
