PG&E's Natural Monopoly

A lot of the old infrastructure that we're talking about was built specifically to serve San Francisco. It's one of the reasons why, you know, a lot of people call for breaking up PG&E. The company right now is kind of having, has different regional focuses. Trying to do more to understand different parts of its service territory,. But it's still drawing revenue from everybody to allow for that service to happen.
