The Importance of Cerratic in Real Estate
The stock used to be in the 30s and then suddenly it was $6. And it appeared that the $6, $7 price was too low. In hindsight, when we look at what everything happened so far, especially now with rising interest rates, et cetera, and a lot of distress in real estate, probably the $30 or $1 price would be too optimistic. So my best conclusion on Cerratic is that there's no need to circle the baggens. You can let it go. Thanks for all your changes.
