The things that are affected outside of mild autonomic dysfunction, mild cognitive issues and motor involvement are usually later. Parkinson's disease dementias later, really severe orthostatic hypotension can happen but usually later. Falls and postural instability, as I said, is usually later. And so if they start having a lot of these symptoms very early, we start thinking, hey, is there something else going on here?
