Joe Rogan: Emotional incarceration is a self-induced basic a daily sentence where we it appears to be a safe space where we are alone in this sale. The door stays open because we as men know that we can walk out at any given moment but we choose to stay inside so that we keep ourselves from being misunderstood and also hurting others. When we're emotionally incarcerated our emotions become our masters they become the warden of our mental prison and we can't escape, he says. Joe Rogan: Most of the men I talk to reach out to me they know they are emotionally incarcerated and want to break free but they feel worthless man like they don't even deserve to be free.
