What Is Necessity?
There were, therre classically, three definitions of folks who rode trains. A, there were hoboes, worked and wondered. That was their thing. They were the upper category tramps, just one red, they didn't work. And bumbs didn't do either. We're just seeing them now because there was no hidden interstructure that could absorb them.
