The Future of Music

I'm not sure how to articulate this, but it occurred to me a way you're describing that room that the time in my life when I paid the most attention to music was late 70s, high school, early 80s. Now part of that's biographical part of it's just that you're in an age where you got a lot of free time, you're smoking a lot of weed and you're listening to your favorite music. But I think that in my case, and maybe yours, there was also a technological thing where, you know, when they would go and buy a really good receiver and a really good amplifier.
