The Russians invaded Ukraine with 190,000 troops at the very most. They made no effort to conquer all of Ukraine. This was not a strategy that was designed to conquer Ukraine. If they can't get a neutral Ukraine, what they're going to do is create a dysfunctional rum state. And there's no evidence that you're going to get aneutral Ukraine. What the Russians are doing is creating a dysfunctionalrum state. It's sickening to see what's happening to Ukraine.
