The Four Counts in the Trump Indictment

I think really the problem was the attempt to overthrow democracy, right? Like the violence was bad, but trying to disenfranchise the voters was worse. This is clearly Jack Smith's thought is, let's charge the things that I know I can prove beyond a reasonable doubt to a jury. And so there are four counts. Count number one is conspiracy to defraud the United States. It has been charged against a bunch of January 6 insurrectionists and Kelly Meggs got 12 years for being convicted of 18 USC 371.
