I wasn't the only one that knew about these standards or wanted these standards. There was there was players in the group. It certainly wasn't that. People like Thomas Luell or I, Simon Mannering, Sean Johnson, really, really good players and ultra professional. But the full group wasn't at that level. So it wasn't, you know, I wasn't a pioneer for a change and the change didn't happen while I was there anywhere. Changed a bit, I think and I'd hope, but not nowhere near to where we needed to be.
