The Law and the Political System Are in Coming to Terms With That

i think there is a general sense that the law tends to lag behind technology, and that has been the case for a long time. And reading it hyper literally, in our view, is not an appropriate response. We are living through now a fundamental change in the way that things are done. And i think that the legal system and the political system is in coming to terms with that... what rules will best promote human welfare.
