The Role of Self Awareness

I think that the reason it's a criteria for me is it means that I can be a peer with that person. In other words, if we're hanging out at the beach, again, I'll use that beach example and they're walking along in the waves and they don't want to get wet and they have low self awareness. Now I have a job because I have what I would consider situational awareness. And so it seems like more work for me to like be around people that aren't aware of how they're affecting others or their own motivations. Like all that starts to cascade down from just the situation itself.
