Is Competition the Trope That Regulates Our Lives?

Sally Kohn: I've been thinking a lot about this idea of how competition is like the trope that governs our life. We think that it's what has made us great as human societies and what has led us to be able to pursue progress when that indeed really isn't true, she says. She also spoke at the Collective Leak Free Conference in New York City at Hunter College. Her talk focused on the conditions of slaughterhouse workers and the intersection between human oppression and animal oppression.
