Should an Elder Board Grow Properly to the Church?

The size of your elders depends very much on the size of your church. We use subcommittees to think through particular issues like what missionaries we support, staff compensation. Different churches will see different guys as elders. Just congregations can vary depending on what kind of expectations that individual body has of an elder.
