Introduction

I told myself I wasn't gonna write another book because the last couple books that I wrote I think I wrote for the wrong reasons. So it's been a number of years When did the last wealthy fit prose guide come out? We were you were working on it when we were in Mexico. The idea behind this book is to build a coaching business, not necessarily a fitness coaching business It's actually going to be coaching in general which is a bit of a divergence for me But I think that what I have to say here Is enough for a broader audience.
