I never, ever did I tell Steve how to think. It was part of our relationship. He loved it when people really committed to something and then when it didn't work they changed what they were doing. The night before a board meeting Steve would call me up and he would say, how is it going? Leading question. But I would only say one of two things: "Oh great, end of conversation"
