Is Rust Going to Be the First Language?

My six-year prediction is that a large or prestigious university starts teaching their CS1 course in Rust and then time reveals that it was a mistake to do so. I think that reminds me of like the I mean Adam the mean you're the Adam took a your first CS course was an accelerated course that was taught in scheme right. Might be but we'll see.
