cass: I think that this is a a very important thing for people to do. If you can come in with an informed question about what the work is going to be like, it's sort of based on your past experiences. You know, if you're just trying to impress them, you might get the job and then be miserable there. And companies, i want to hire you when they're interviewing you because that means that they don't have to interview any more people.
