The Evolution of Parkour
It's the elasticity and also I think I'm trying to emphasize in the in both books, the understanding foot and point of walk. Parkour is such a great, I guess, fascia thing because of the elasticity. All of the plantar flexors, the olden, really all of the muscles of the vine, particularly muscles want to hit. And so we're also landing to be controlled that the deceleration can't just be offset into the muscles,. Because the muscle cells and muscle fibers are too fragile.
