At three weeks post partum, i felt like m organs were falling on my body. There are general time frames that no matter how elite of an athlete you think you are, you beat some of those physiological and anatomical healing times. You have to give your body the input it needs. And so that six week clearance is where we can start strength training,. but it's not where we start running, right? There has to be a build up to that. I really don't push any running or jumping until about 12 weeks. U if i have somebody who needs to run, like for their career, there are very rare cases where i will start to work on that impact around eight weeks
