What's Happening in the Cold Water?

Studies on both in mice studies but also in humans already back from year 2000 that if you are also studies dating back to 1970s show that when you go into cold water you will have an activation of your sympathetic nervous system and your stress response so the cold shock will happen immediately. When that happens you have an increase in noradrenaline and the cold soul is going a little bit up but apparently not that much which is also very good. It's going to make a deep glucose from your liver from your muscles and that will be released to your bloodstream so you have fuel to fight and fight or flight.
