Stemis are often life threatening and should be one of the first things you consider in patients presenting with chest pain. Other common causes of chest pain that can appear in your differential include para ditus, reflex pneumonia, biliary colic muscular scaletal pain, anxiety or even shingles. Exams for stemi are often non specific and should not limit further work up. Up to 20 % of m is can be described as painless or typical wrist.
