It's something we call a KPI tree. And as I mentioned at the beginning, we always start with the mission. What is it that we are trying to achieve as a data flattening team. So in there you've got trust and you have speed. We started with the mission kind of at the top. And then going one level down, we have our three KPI's which is speed trust and cost,. The level beneath that is about what we call the kind of strategical levers. These are things like what is the speed of doing analysis. How is our reliability. What are our third party costs?
