The ECB hike rates again today, although smaller than they had been doing. I think eventually we're going to find out and learn soon enough that the whole system has been set to a low rate environment. And it's also is this limited to the US? Or is this something we need to worry about globally? It starts in the US because we did the most tightening and the quickest.
