I went to each department head and said, who is shining the brightest? Will you let me invest? I think it was two hours a month. And I taught them all kinds of stuff. The pitch that I gave to the environment was, send me your best stars for tomorrow in this company. It was unbelievable. But the problem was it was expensive and it wasn't scalable because it required me to be there. So that's where this whole thing comes because now this is scalable across the country in minutes.
