How to Track Your Athletes' Hourly Progress

I love the simplicity of minutes and then an RP of one to 10. And I give all the athletes when they come on and I show them the scale in a Google Sheet document. They're instructed to log on, to click the link after every session and within about an hour fill out their total session minutes. So if warm up everything, cool down everything and then report their perceived exertion. Then there's a comments cell as well and they'll write down things like, oh, I stomach was off today or whether I didn't need enough or whatever I had to pee or whatever.
