How to Build the Disciplined Ecosystem

We aren't born knowing how to skilfully guide and support children and adults. We've a lot of great tools, but it's still a process that we're discovering more and more. In the disciplined tools classes, i go through these tools in order that i recommend as best practices for parents wire the best opportunity for building co operation. I tell parents, do these first. Get these down. Work on these for at least a week or two until you have them down really solid. Then start mixing in other tools. The next set of tools, mix those in for a week orTwo. And then the moderate tools, and then the ones that really need to be used sparingly
