Innovation for Kula's Forum

Kula's forum in short ISEF has created by the late Prime Minister Abbeb and he believes that innovation is necessary for the technology. We need a very strong industrial policy of subsidy for the electric vehicle, tax credit for CCS, hydrogen infrastructure building. Russia is least prepared for this big shock because technology is now moving out from west with the function stops it coming in. They need huge money for continuing the war. And Japan should learn the lesson that we need the strong innovative industrial policy to be back as a winner in this game. That is my message in this ISAF meeting about a month ago. I definitely think we need to give the microphone more to women.
