The Eight Week Nudge

P j and Ase picked one thing that they're going to spend 30 minutes working on at a regularly scheduled appointment each day. They also made a list of everything that needs to happen to get there, to achieve that vision. For me, my one specific thing for 30 minutes a day at four p m is i exercise with my bands, my resistance bands, and a meal plan. The meal plan is just me sitting with a piece of paper and asking myself the question, u, what's for dinner to night? What's for breakfast to morrow? And what's for lunch tomorrow? All right, that'll do.
