I don't think that Europe's political leaders are going to be truly capable of building walls around the continent. What I think they're going to be end up doing is building deals with Arab countries principally in North Africa, he says. If we look at Europe as an aging continent, Africa is a young continent hit by climate change,. By mid century, it will be roughly 7 out of 10, Africans will be young people and there will be 25% of the world population. There could even be 40% of theWorld population by 2100. The question is whether this blurred line should be marked by populist politics and violence or is there another way?
