Introduction

This is the grounded podcast number seven with Echo Charles and me, Jocko Willink. This could become a whole like we could just do what we're about to do from now until forever. Because we're entering a realm of the world. It's the world of YouTube comments. We had a conversation and it was a good conversation, but I wouldn't say it was a comprehensive, right? There's a lot of things that were that maybe I was thinking one thing, but I didn't explain it well, or you were thinking something and we didn't connect on it or whatever. So actually, it's too bad that the subject matter is Jiu Jitsu versus wrestling when actually
