Is There a Way to Get More Fiber?

I'm a big fan of freshly prepared vegetables. But if that seems like too much, you don't even need to take that step straight away. Like look at your store cupboard, look at your freezer. And actually you can make a lot of changes quite simply. It's so easy to just throw peas and sweet corn into something or some spinach, frozen spinach. So absolutely at bulk today, if someone calls around for dinner, they'll expect it. Exactly. You're like,absolutely, we had a meal for five. I'd love to know if you have any particular methods or approaches to making sure you're including enough of those fibrous foods in your diet.
