Dremio Sonar's New PR for Iceberg Table

Dremio Sonar has seen a lot of maturity and improvements in the past few months. New PR adds another identifier called operator unique ID to snapshot summary, so it can deal with multiple flink sinks. Another very important feature that recently was released is Optimal Rising, iceberg table. So you can roll back a table to a particular snapshot based onID or just go back to a particular timestamp.
