Internal Problem of Evil for Christian Theists

The belief that evil exists is part and parcel of classical theism particularly Christian theism. Christians are committed by their worldview to the reality of evil, unlike for example Hindus who believe that evil is merely illusory. And so this is an internal problem in a sense for Christian theists because we are committed to thereality of evil. We affirm to logically incompatible things, namely that God exists and the evil in the world exists. Our worldview is logically incoherent.
