Candidates are able to get a pretty good spalser sense of what the developer experience looks like, just by asking questions. So i think a common question would be around the development environment. What is the process you have to go through to actually set up locally, run it, work on it and you no cret a change? Then beyond that, i think there's the organizational side of making changeso what is the review process?What's the approval cess? Like do they is it a joy to do work at this company?
