What Do You Think of the Tories Party Conference?
Markets have calmed down, but interest rates or government borrowing costs are still massively higher than they were a week ago. Most Conservative MPs won't go to Birmingham. They don't like party conferences very much at the best of times. I mean, how on earth do you play a conference where you're going into it with a whole deficit of 20 or even 30 percent?
