I think skill sets are changing and this is what is really dramatic for how brands will recruit in the future. Technology has struggled a lot with its recruitment of anyone from a female background to come into the industry. We ran an AI course at the college in late 2019 early 2020 19 of the 20 participants were female. It is something that we are hugely passionate about making some change in the industry. I also think kind of the way in which we experience future digital product and digital experience is going to be shaped by different voices.
