How Much Weight Do You Need to Lose?
i'm sure you do this when people come into you private client wise, but wont you have them start with just the scale? And i'm just wondering, like, ot, where you go at that sough. It really depends on the person and y. I give my clients an ouption of whether it's a couple days a week, one day a week, or every single day. So we do focus on weight every, i would say, three to four weeks, or honestly, every for six weeks is reasonable for progress photos. But it really depends on also how much weight you have to lose.
