Jeremy B Jones was on death row for a sickening murder and police became very interested in him when he confessed. In December 2000, Jeremy B Jones was wanted on two separate rape charges in Oklahoma. He fled the state and went to Alabama where he managed to steal somebody's identity as John Paul Chapman.
