There is a very vocal unline community about mixing all of these sort of so reforms and changing land taxes. At a federal level, i'm not sure even constitutional for the government to have a federal land tax. But perhaps they could, could at least set up the infa structure for it to be easier for municipalities to adopt one. Some of it is just like slightly re framing how we think of things, or, is this a tax or a rent? What seems like a radical difference, maybe maybe more subtle.
