The Risks of Using Drugs to Affect Our Consciousness

There is risk from using any of these medicines to augment or alter our state of consciousness, as they are non specific amplifiers. I think the question is that if these medicines are accessible to everyone through the legalization process, that is happening for example, in massachusetts. It's happened in denver, in oregon, in certain places in california. Then are we doing a disservice to folks if we don't take the time to properly educate them about what the risks are and how to do it safely?
