I think it's clearly a time for big experimentation, if you are a media owner and a publisher. What kind of formats work in China may not always resonate elsewhere. Amazon has done relatively well there, but there are just challenges about the physical logistics of retail. It is very different to Google or Facebook expanding globally where their service was digital.
