What Does It Mean?
The language of the e r a is important our understanding of what equality of rights being denied or abridged, what that actually means. I think it would elevate agen to a suspect classification and move gender or sex base analyses from intermediate scrutiny to strict scrutiny. Under current jurisprudence, fourteenth amendment,. strict scrutiny applies to things like race, national orient origin, a regulations. It implicates a race, nato, national origin.
